About six months ago I created my ideal writing space. My husband bought me a century old Victorian library table, quite ornate, as a writing desk. ( Actually a partner desk with opposing drawers, complete with green felt top. I have three huge bookcases full of books I have read and books yet to be read. Hundreds of them. And, a schist glass mission style lamp that gives me an amber glow when I'm up in the middle of the night writing. I love my desk space. And, thus I love my writing space. Sigh! I only wish I had the Palm Springs weather to go along with it. Today's high? 21.
