As a fellow reader, I thoroughly identified with this piece. I have one particular author I have loved since my childhood, Ernest Thompson Seton, from early 1900's. I can walk into a bookstore, and if there is a Seton book there, I instantly know it and have many times walked straight to the book and pulled it out of the shelf! The affinity for his books is uncanny, and a relationship built over 60 plus years.
