Because I am ALSO an estate sale junkie, I had to reread this. You are right on SO many levels here. And, I wonder what "our" sale will be like in a few years. We have collections of collections. Few will know the "collectible" value. A lot of prized finds will go for a bargain price. And, I'm beginning to be ok with that. New homes for old things...
