It must say a lot about the past few years when I immediately pictured the cafeteria at the Univ. of Iowa Hosp. We have spent WAY too much time there, because I immediately related to AND pictured everyone you described! (And, I was probably in the mix!). I DREAD going there for lunch when we are there for appointments, because I fear being trampled in the stampede! Sigh!
