OMG I had to laugh at you "folks from down under!" Regional differences aren't just from continent to continent. Being from the South, we have a much different food vocabulary than the northern folks where I live now, and California was also a whole different category and new words to learn when I lived there. Really fun to see the differences between expectation and location, food -wise!
