Rodrigo, I think you are DEFINITELY onto a great concept here. How useful this phrase would have been if I had incorporated it into my thinking 30 or 40 years ago! I love finding peace with "respect the flaw!" Knowing that we can't achieve perfection in any endeavor does handicap our efforts and I know, for me, this kept me frozen at times. I'm going to be mulling this over for a while. As a matter of fact, I just pinned it above my workplace!
