There were no surprises for me in your experiment. Recently while sitting on our front porch my husband and I were approached by two men approx our age (60's) who were out to recruit new members for their church in our neighborhood. I responded to them by asking if my husband of 30 years and I would be welcome in their church if we came the next Sunday, the very first words out of the mouth of one of them was, "Well...we have all sinned...". Thus ended the interaction.
