We live on our porch from the moment in the spring that we can until we have to "pack it up" for the winter. I wish more people would stop and chat. I miss that. We miss the porch terrible all winter, and our two dogs get totally excited when we say the word "porch". They love it too I enjoyed and agreed with all of your musings.
